O Tannenbaum

Our humble mountain tree (that Mama B cut and dragged down the snowy hill all by herself! But don't be very impressed; I nearly croaked from the exertion.)

We love birds and bees and every winged thing.

Hang on a minute! Where did these come from?

The vintage Hallmark USS Enterprise and shuttle came from Grampy B (a devoted Trekkie). And the glam fish was a gift from a friend and former employer. Isn't she a cutie? Thanks, Dr. H!

On a more serious note: the dear little vintage train from Daddy's childhood. Too old to chug, but so festive, and the girls just love trains!

  2. I'm so glad you survived the tree-hauling excursion! Isn't it fun being a pioneer woman? :)

The ornaments are all very happy-looking together, despite their differences.

I think we may have that Star Trek ornament somewhere around here, too.

    Love,

  4. What a gorgeous tree! I love the beehives (I only just learned the whole significance of them the other day) and my husband is a Trekkie as well (original series only, if you please)so he would love that. MY favourites are the birds. I adore birds, did you know?

My best wishes to you and your family for a very Merry and Blessed Christmas!
