  2. Gorgeous!

I miss the Lilacs from our last home : ( In fact I miss all of the flowers and fruit...sigh. Corbin assures me, that "one day" I will have a beautiful and prolific yard again : )

Until that time, I will just come and visit yours : ) Just as soon as you get a new lid for your septic tank....HA!!!!!!!! I am SOOOOOO just kidding!!!

  3. Oh! They are so pretty ~ I can just imagine the heavenly scent! My bushes have some blooms way up high at the tippy top! After they are finished blooming those *bushes*/*trees* are getting a major haircut! Then next year I can enjoy them at ground level! :~D
Did you know that if you slice the branch end or crush it with a hammer, the blooms will last longer in the vase? Makes more surface area to drink up the water! Oh, and maybe you would like to press some of them! Got any old phone books laying around? I think pressed flowers would look *smash*ing on top or your bars of soap!
    Luv ya!

  4. Michele,

Those are just beautiful! I love Lilacs, I am hoping to get some white ones this year. When I was a little girl we had Lilac bushes. I would always cut bouquets for my bedroom and place the vase in front of my window so the fragrance would always be in my room. I have to say that your table is just beautiful! I love the wood!

    Thanks for sharing!
