I haven't shucked peas since I was a kid spending summers in Nova Scotia. It was fun to slip a few peas in your mouth instead of the bowl, as I recall.

Wow, it has been a long time for me too! My Mom always reminds me of when I was about the age of your oldest. Our neighbor had a garden and would find me sitting on the ground eating his peas in the middle of his garden :) Maybe next year! Thanks for sharing Michele and have a beautiful weekend in Him!
