Can it be three years already since we brought this tiny person home?! Nameless for two weeks...we needed to find the perfect one to suit her personality. She has a huge heart for doggies, kitties, and whatever critter that happens to be within reach. She's a cuddle bug! ReplyDeleteBolga baskets are from Ghana Africa and woven by disadvantaged women who are working to support their families. They are all one-of-a-kind designs, come in lots of different color combinations, and are made of a grass that is natural to that area of Africa. The handles are wrapped with goat skin and the baskets are pretty sturdy. A little person can fall/step on it and the basket will still be alive! :) I only have two of them but I would love to have more someday. Our Whole Foods sells them and one of the ones I have came from Baskets of Africa.com They have info and lots of pictures on their website. Hope this helps.
